Small tits shoplifter caught by the police

Two actual shoplifters are arrested by the police and subsequenlty punished in this extreme flick where one of the girls is a small-titted brunette. They were seen taking the shoplifter on camera inside a garage and later transfer him to the police station for interrogation.
