Neighbor asks to exchange intimate relationships for cash from my partner

My spouse is careless and does not work, he/she leaves everything to me to provide for all the expenses. It’s unfortunate when we learned that we have been giving help to our neighbor in form of sexual harassment such as I discovered that my spouse was being demanded to offer sexual favors when our neighbor was facing financial difficulties.
