Impersonating police officer arrests teenager for stealing clothes and becomes violent

A small sized teenage girl shoplifts wearing some of the clothes, an impostor policeman apprehends her, then he humiliates her by stripping her naked, then proceeds to search her physically, performing other maneuvers typical of a real police officer before having his way with her roughly.
