Two juvenile offenders caught with their hands in the cookie jar

Two teenagers, specifically 18 years of age, convicted felons specializing in petty larceny were caught in the act of burglary in an elderly man’s office. The man became very angry and after moments of a spin they managed to gag and even choked them before tying them up in his garage.
